Job Posting: Accounting and Registration Clerk at Volt Academy for Training and Employment
Responsibilities:
1. Audit and archive documents and invoices in files according to the approved system.
2. Register new students and assist them.
3. Document financial transactions, records, and revenue and expenditure movements.
4. Maintain confidentiality and privacy of financial information.
5. Enter data into the system used by the academy.
6. Communicate with students and provide excellent service.
7. Follow up on financial collections with students and relevant parties.
8. Monitor and audit the academy’s purchases.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field.
2. Experience in the relevant job field.
3. Proficient in MS Office and accounting software.
4. Skills in auditing and reviewing.
5. Residents of Marka and surrounding areas.

Job Opening: Hybrid and Electric Vehicle Maintenance Trainer
Responsibilities:
– Train students on the maintenance of hybrid and electric vehicles.
– Prepare training plans for students.
– Deliver training material both theoretically and practically, either live on camera or through recorded sessions.
Requirements:
– Bachelor’s degree with 2 years of experience, or a diploma with 5 years of experience in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Mechatronics.
– Experience in the maintenance of hybrid and electric vehicles.
– Expertise in inspection, diagnostics, and use of modern equipment.
– Good proficiency in computer programs.
